The Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church provides relief, aid and spiritual ministry to peoples worldwide. The General Board of Global Ministries is the global mission agency of The United Methodist Church, its annual conferences, missionary conferences, and local congregations.

Its ministries are supported by general denominational funds and all United Methodist congregations are assessed a contribution to the Global Ministries on an annual basis. This assessment is based on the size of the church, its level of income and its ability to pay. The Evansburg congregation is included and we make a contribution to Global Ministries annually from our general budget.
